Support
We tackle tasks together, keep an overview, and support each other when the days get long.

You can help prepare the aid stations, ensure there’s food and drink, assist with the route, lubricate chains, change tyres, and lend a hand whenever small or large tasks arise along the way.
As a support crew member, you are an integral part of the team, contributing with your oversight, encouragement, and positive spirit, helping to create a journey that everyone will remember long after returning home.
If you wish to join the service team, please select 'Service' under 'Application detail' when submitting your application.
Apply hereTo become part of the service team at Team Rynkeby, you need to submit an online application. The application process is the same as for the cyclists, and you will be attached to a local team in your area.
The local team's steering group and service coordinators will assemble a team with a variety of skills. We particularly need drivers, mechanics, cooks, masseurs, and health professionals, but most importantly, we value your willingness to contribute to the team and our shared mission.
In your application, please explain what you can contribute and how your experience can be applied to the practical work surrounding the journey to Paris.
We place great importance on your motivation to be part of Team Rynkeby and support fundraising for children with critical illnesses. As a service person, you will become an integral part of the community, and therefore it is essential that you are enthusiastic about collaborating, taking responsibility, and bringing positive energy, even during long days.
Even if you are not cycling to Paris, you are still part of the team. Therefore, you should expect to participate in social events, information meetings, and preparations throughout the winter and spring.
Participation as a service person is based on self-funding. For the 2027 season, the cost for service people is 4,400 DKK, which covers hotel accommodations and meals during the trip to Paris.
Additionally, you will need to pay for your official Team Rynkeby service clothing, as well as transportation to the team's starting point and your return journey from France. You should typically expect a few thousand kroner in additional expenses.
