Our Heartfelt Cause

We cycle in support of critically ill children and their families. The funds raised by local teams benefit organisations in their home countries. The donations contribute to essential research, improved treatment options, and projects that provide sick children and their siblings with a breather in a challenging everyday life.

Our community is driven by passion. Participants fund their own equipment, clothing and accommodation so that the money raised can go as directly as possible to the cause.

Thanks to strong European support from Eckes-Granini (through the brands Rynkeby, God Morgon, hohes C and Granini) and our loyal partners, administrative costs are kept to a maximum of 12 per cent.

What We Cycle For

Every summer, thousands of Team Rynkeby participants cycle towards Paris. But the destination has never been Paris.

The aim is to support children with critical illnesses and their families.

That’s why the funds raised by riders, support members, sponsors, and donors go to organisations that work for improved treatment, life-saving research, and support for families when life turns upside down.

The money remains in the country where it was raised. It is distributed through independent funds that allocate resources based on assessments from a scientific committee. This ensures that donations go to projects of high professional quality that have the greatest possible impact on the children and their families.

As a rule, 80% of the funds go to research and 20% to support for the children and their families. Because we know that research works.
